Frequently Asked Questions
You can create your Mindioo client account by clicking “Sign Up as Customer” on the homepage. Simply provide your name, email address, and a secure password. After verification, you’ll be able to log in and start browsing vendors immediately.
Once logged in, go to the “Explore Vendors” section. Use the search bar or category filters to find vendors that match your needs. When you find the right one, click “Book Now” or “Contact Vendor” to make a booking or send an inquiry directly through the platform.
You can update your personal details, preferences, and password from your Account Settings page.Go to your profile icon → Settings → make your changes → click Save. All updates take effect immediately.
Mindioo’s platform is fully optimized for mobile browsers. Our dedicated mobile app is currently under development and will be available soon for both iOS and Android. Stay tuned for updates via email or our official announcements.
After logging in, go to My Bookings to see all your upcoming and past appointments. Each booking shows the date, vendor name, and status.
You can message your vendor directly from your booking page. Click “Message Vendor” to ask questions, confirm details, or discuss changes before your session.
After your booking is complete, you’ll receive an email or in-app prompt to leave a review. You can rate your experience and share comments that help other clients choose the right vendors.
