How do I register as a vendor on Mindioo?

Click “Become a Vendor” on the homepage and fill out the registration form. Provide your business information, contact details, and a brief description of your services. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

What documents are needed for account verification?

To ensure authenticity, Mindioo requires basic verification documents such as a valid ID, business registration certificate, or tax identification number (depending on your region). Upload these documents securely through your Vendor Dashboard during onboarding.

How do I set up my vendor profile?

After your registration is approved, log in to your Vendor Dashboard. From there, you can upload your profile photo or logo, write a business description, set your availability, and add your services or product listings.A complete profile increases your visibility to clients.

How long does onboarding take?

The onboarding process typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on how quickly your documents are verified. You’ll receive an email notification once your vendor account is fully activated and ready to go live.

How do I access my dashboard?

You can access your Vendor Dashboard by logging into your Mindioo account and selecting “Dashboard” from the top menu. From there, you can manage your listings, bookings, and messages in one place.

Can I update or pause my listings?

Yes, you can update, edit, or temporarily pause any of your listings. Go to your Dashboard → Listings → Edit to make changes. Use the Pause Listing option if you’re unavailable or need time to update your services.

How do I manage my availability calendar?

Your availability calendar is found under Dashboard → Calendar. You can add or block time slots to match your working hours. Clients can only book you when your calendar shows availability.

Where can I view booking and performance stats?

In your Dashboard → Analytics section, you can view details about your bookings, total earnings, and client feedback. This helps you track performance and identify areas for improvement.
